For my first ride I went to Glencoe Park on Martel Ave. I went to the University Crossing Trail.
On this trail there were two hills. One was small and one was big. The big one was actually a bridge that goes over Mockingbird Lane.
On one part of the trail you go alongside a train.
When I got there I rode around the park and saw people playing baseball, basketball, and Ultimate Frisbee. I rode around to the playground and played for a little bit. I like that playground because they have the Spin Cycle.
I rode back to the bike trail and when I got to the bridge I could not get up it. (On my way to the park I got all the way to the top of the bridge without stopping.) The reason why I could not get up the second time is because the trail before the bridge is slightly uphill also.
I walked my bike to the top of the hill then rode home.
I rode 2.75 miles in total.
So cool! I loved all the pictures. I can’t wait to go to Glencoe Park on my bike! Where are we going next?
you’ll see so stay tuned.
Nice job Sam, I hope to hear more bike rides you go on.
